Terms and Conditions – eq668 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to eq668. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and eq668 ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of all services available on the eq668 website and any related applications.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To use eq668 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on eq668 at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with balances subject to review.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eq668 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify eq668 immediately at support@eq668.click. eq668 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 KYC Verification

eq668 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. This may require submission of a valid CNIC, passport copy, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. eq668 will process KYC submissions within 48 hours under normal operating conditions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on eq668 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). eq668 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by eq668 on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2 to 6 hours. Visa/Mastercard refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. eq668 may request additional verification if withdrawal and deposit methods do not match. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

5. Betting Rules

5.2 Bet Settlement

For sports and esports markets, official results from the relevant governing body or game publisher are used. In the event of a dispute regarding result interpretation, eq668's decision is final.

5.3 Void Bets

eq668 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: a technical error that affected the odds, price, or game outcome; clear evidence of match manipulation or event fixing; an event being cancelled or abandoned according to defined rules; or where a bet was placed using a software exploit or bonus abuse method.

5.4 Minimum & Maximum Bet Sizes

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or market. eq668 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, risk assessment, or account standing without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

eq668 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement – a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering on prohibited game categories does not count toward fulfilling bonus requirements.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses at eq668 are available to new members on first deposit only and to existing members on qualifying subsequent deposits or as specifically communicated. Members who have previously self-excluded or been suspended are not eligible for bonuses. One bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

eq668 monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with exploitation, including but not limited to: low-risk staking strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; use of arbitrage techniques to reduce risk below acceptable thresholds. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have the bonus removed and may be suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using eq668, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register on your behalf
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or display errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members to defraud eq668 or fellow players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Using payment methods belonging to another person without their explicit authorisation
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes via the platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from eq668 software
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from eq668 without written authorisation

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by eq668

eq668 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; evidence of underage gambling; or requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting eq668 support at support@eq668.click. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been completed.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity occurs for a period of 12 consecutive months. eq668 will attempt to contact you using your registered contact details before applying any dormancy charges. A maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, subject to prior notification.

9. Privacy & Data

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use eq668 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any eq668 content.

The eq668 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of eq668 branding in any form – including on social media, websites, or printed materials – is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally where appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Amendments to These Terms

For material changes, eq668 will notify registered members via their registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the eq668 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
